At Lisa Gozlan, we want you to love your jewelry and accessories; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Lisa Gozlan pouches and gift boxes, ensuring the shipment is well-protected for transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
